Gemma is an expert in the evergreen membership model, having felt her way through multiple business models that led her to burnout over the years. She’s been there, she’s done that and she’s found a business model that really works for her! Gemma now shows service providers exactly how to share their expertise while avoiding a constant launch/deliver cycle, banishing burnout for good.
Before
It had been years since Gemma had done anything with her website, making her reluctant to direct prospective clients there as there was no client journey for them to follow. Information about her services was lacking, her branding wasn’t sparking joy and her About Me page had been removed as it was so outdated. The lack of flow and personality has Gemma feeling kinda ‘meh’ about her website.

Gemma’s dream was to have a colourful website that she could be proud to send to prospective clients and gives them content to binge on if they're not ready.
After
During our Happify day, I took my time updating and improving the user journey on Gemma’s website so that prospective clients could find the information they were looking for more easily. This included creating a brand new About Me page so that the focus on Gemma was highlighted for clients as her story is foundational to the services she offers. I improved the sales pages making content more digestible and brought in lots of pops of colour and branding elements to put Gemma’s stamp on her website (but later reduced this for the sake of simplicity based on her feedback).
