Before
The week before your ‘Happify Day’, we’ll have a 1:1 video web consultation to discuss what changes your website needs.
We’ll develop a clear plan of action and prioritised to-do list that I will work to on the day.

On The Day
The day will be broken into two sessions with a 30 min video call in each.
In our first call (midday), we’ll catch up and you’ll have a chance to give feedback on what I’ve worked on so far.
Our second call (end of day) is our handover, where I’ll unveil your Happified website and explain how it’s set up.

After
After your ‘Happify day’, I’ll share three handover guides that will enable you to take control of your site and make changes to it in the future.

We'll communicate directly through Instagram Messages where we can chat instantly and share images, links etc. You’ll have me on hand to answer any questions you may have as the day goes on. No more waiting for an email to come through…

I will aim to get the full list completed but please be aware that some things may take longer than expected or we may come across some unforeseen issues. That’s why I ask you to prioritise the tasks that are important to complete so I can make sure those get done first.

If I'm super speedy (which I am known to be) and manage to finish everything well under time and you have no further feedback on those checklist items, then you have me for the rest of the day to sort out anything else you need help with.
This could be technical (domains, emails), email marketing (funnels, newsletter template) or even design (building a new landing page).

While I work through your website changes, you can choose for it to be hidden under a holding page i.e 'Under Maintenance', or you can opt to keep it live. The latter means that any visitors may see errors as we work through things though.

Yes. I understand that things come up and plans need to change. However I ask that you give me no less than 2 working days notice if you need to change the date. This is because I will have cleared my schedule for the day completely and blocked out the day just for you.
I can let you know the next available full day after that but please be aware that it could be as late as 14 days later.
